Do I need to commit to a tier before the free strategy call?
No. The free call is where we figure out what makes sense. Most applicants leave with a clearer sense of where they stand and whether paid support is even the right next step.
Can I upgrade from the Strategy Intensive to a Full Partnership later?
Yes. If you complete the Strategy Intensive and decide you want ongoing support, the intensive fee is credited toward the Full Partnership as long as a spot is available.
What happens after I pay?
You get a short onboarding email, a calendar link to book your first session, and a form to share your current materials. We aim to hold the first session within 7 days.
Are there refunds?
Before your first session: full refund, no questions. After your first session: partial refund based on what remains. We want you working with us because you want to, not because you felt stuck.
